Some help needed please

In people waiting to join the forum I have the normal tab of awaiting approval with a few in but also have one person under the tab awaiting activation.  Please can anyone tell me why this would be and why they haven't come in under the awaiting approval tab?

Hmmm.. That's really odd, how long havethey been on activation (when did they join?)

Did you at some point change the registration setup from Member Registration to Member Approval?   If so it may be that one person's name had been there before that change and they have not returned to activate themselves.
