There are several ways to modify your theme.

check out this section. If you cant find an answer to what you need help with, post a topic in that section and someone will help you  ;)

You can create new stylesheets or edit new ones under AdminCP->Manage Styles

There are several user created styles already there for you if you don't want to make your own.
