Couple of questions

1.....You see the rectangle box at the top, were it says Hello & your username, is there  anway to have that & not have your avatar appear in it..

2....I asked this before & I'll ask it again now   if I make the avatars  say 200x200 or maybe just a tad bigger, it cuts them in half lengthwise & a scroll bar kicks in, can I do something to fix that...'

1) You can only have that box appear avatar and all...or no box at all.
2) I don't think so...avatars are afterall meant to be a small visual representation of something. If there way a way to fix that you would end up having the avatars shove the whole forum out of whack.

It wasn't that way on the old board with the avatars & now it's just in the width that is too narrow

I can't help you much more. I guess this would be something of a drawback of 1.1
If you set the avatar width lower in the AdminCP and tell the HTML to resize oversized the pictures you won't have this probably anymore....but everyones avatars will be smaller.
