Sorry, forums are not deleted. Put it into Maintenance Mode. No one will be able to use it then.

But I want a reset...So it's a totally new forum. Without deleting anything. Asin, whole new forum.

Sorry, you will have to set up a new one if you want a different url. Almost anything else can be changed, colors, Title, logo, etc.
