Sorry to double post here, but I don't want to create a new thread for a pre-existing issue. Despite disabling the antispam system for my forum as you mentioned, I still get the Contact Forum Owner message quite a lot. It comes on and off and I have to use Ctrl+F5 to get into my forum and post. As before, the website is: http://aisenfield.smfforfree4.com/

:D It works! I tried about twenty odd pages, and I have not encountered the Contact Forum Owner problem thus far. Usually I would run into it about two to three pages in. I appreciate the help a lot. Thank you very much!

Hello, and please pardon my Thread Necromancy! I am an admin for an RP Forum called Ensnared (http://ensnared.smfforfree.com/index.php). As of late, one of our members from Texas has been encountering this error message (blank page, with only the words "please contact the forum owner" at the top), and I have not been able to find a way to reinstate her access. Would someone here please be able to help me fix this?

The issue with Ensnared appears to be resolved; if any spam issues arise, I will let you know (if that is an inappropriate course of action, please tell me).
