Permissions Tab does not work

Hello my friends!

We have a problem in our forum. We use smf 1.1.11 and simple portal 2.3.2. From the admin panel when i click to the "Permissions" tab I only get a blank page. Do you know why is that happening? I need to make global moderators able to see the IPs of the members. Do you know another way to do this?
