my  site  has been  down  all  morning  afternoon  and  now  into  the  evening    how  can  it  still  be  a  overloading  issue ?

all  I  would  like  is  to  not  hear complaints from  my  members  again  that  they  can't  log  on
like  we  went  through  with  the  other  server...    HELP !
