If you are an owner, you should be able to delete or edit.  I have it on mine and other members.  This is what shows under profile comments for me.

It is on all our members profile comments.  That was from another members, not my profile.  Are you the forum owner?

If there is anyone else with spam in their profile comments you can just contact Sibyl or I. We can rid of it.
