2 easy ways you can do it.

Move each topic one by one to the new board.
Delete the board and move all of the topics.

I suggest the 1st option.

Go to your profile -> Look and Layout Preferences
Show quick-moderation on message index as -> checkboxes.

Go to the child board that you need the topics moved, place a checkmark next to every topic you want moved (or you can use the top checkbox to select all).

At the bottom, find 2 drop-down boxes, in the 1st one select "Move selected to:", in the 2nd one select the appropriate board you want all the selected topics to be moved to.
