Change Author Column Width

I've just added some Runescape Admin Crowns (thx revolation and agent moose for the code) and they work great but now I have this problem: our names won't fit in the left column.  How can I fix this? Do I need to change something in my stylesheet code or is there a better way to do it like changing the font size of our names? I really don't know what to do here.

Will you guys help me? Please

They look fine on my end but I keep my font small in my browser...   for those that don't yeah it'll cut off the end of your names.   I'ld change the font size you put in the code for them.. that will help.
