Can someone help me remove these things....at the top it says home forum ect..i wanna remove home/gallery/links! o.o

To hide your tab.

you need to tell the script which tabs to hide, like this
hide_tab('Help');
Note place this into your footers

You can remove gallery by doing what SMF For Free said.
