cant open my forum

it says H T T P 500 internal server error internet explorer...help? please. :'( .....alittle more info...sometimes i can get on it click on admin it lets me go to it then if i click anything else the error comes up...

I see it all working fine. Please do provide updates here if the issue is solved so that it can be no longer considered as a problem  :laugh:
