cannot access my forum

ive been busy this past few weeks, so ive not visited my forum. My free domain is www.dash22forum.tk and ive got this error on my opera mini that this address is not available. Even if i visit dash22.smfforfree.com and try to log in, i got the same error. Please help me retrieve my forum.. :)

You are still pointed at the old server dash22forum.tk
Check the announcements for the new ip you need to update your domain to point to.

what should i do sir? Should i update at dot.tk domain? How can i do that?

You update the dot.tk domain check there control panel for nameservers
