I believe that it's only possible to do that by embedding a flash movie in a post. You'd have to have the flash hosted somewhere and they use the code below to post the flash video.

There is such thing as youtube bulletin board code, but it requires the mod to be installed, which is in the hands of the host.  It would be a great addition to the forums.  There are issues that could arise from such an addition though.

The embed code doesn't work. Post don't work with more complex HTML like that Madcap.
