Can't post or make new topics.

I can sign in but many buttons are gone and i do not have permission to do almost anything and no one else on the forum have these problems! :buck2: I cannot post in any topic, nor make a new one.
The admin said there had been an error and i had to go to http://wwwsotraairsoftclub.smfforfree.com/index.php to sign in or register. I did but i have the same problem on both sites.

The admin of the site would need to fix that and make sure permissions are setup correctly
