Can you send out bulk emails. I don't see this on the admin panel.

Only if you are on the ultimate plan or if you buy the newsletter upgrade which will allow bulk email to be sent then to your members.

I am on a limited budget so can't buy that. Why can't it be free. At least let us do a couple a month without paying.

Spammers would use it to send phishing emails which is why it was removed.
