Bookmark - How Do I Get Rid Of?

I just noticed the past couple of days that any time some one starts a topic or whatever that this is in the first post.  I have looked in my headers and footers and we can not find where this was added and no one seems to know anything about it. 

What I want to know is:
1)  Can we get rid of it?
2)  How do we get rid of it?

Thanks for any information and/or help.




EDIT:  Sorry about this post, I tried the search and didn't find anything, but just scrolling through topics I did.  This can be deleted or merged with the other one.  Thank you.
