Board structure corrupt: unable to find parent board

this is what I got after  approving a new member.  the  new  member  is listed
with  the  rest  but  still  shows  a  new  member  waiting  for  approval.
don't even know if they got the  e-mail  notice

Check your welcome topic settings you might have had a board that you used before but now is gone.

don't have a clue where the welcome topic went, but added  another  one.  how  do  I  get  rid  of  one  member awaiting approval ?      when  you  click on one member  it  shows
No members currently await approval.
