How do you get custom badges on your forums?

Like here's an example:



Like I tried using the thread on Custom Fields (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/guides_and_tutorials/guide_custom_profile_fields-t3061.0.html)

But I don't like how it says text before the badge (like it says Secondary Group here):



Sorry if this has been answered already or it's an obvious answer :\, just i've been looking for this for a while now.

What do you mean by custom badges?
Like there Position Pic rank or a secondary rank?
If secondary rank go here: Members Profile - You will see primary membergroup rank and then a secondry rank - Then make it to the rank you want.

Way early in the am for Custom Profiles but you can actually leave one of those "Secondary Group" (example) out.  Experiment with it till you find out which one it is. 

You probably wont be able to get rid of the
