HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL A NEW MEMBER THAT REGISTERS RECIEVES

IT SAYS ON IT TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER EMAIL

You can not change the wording of the emails that are sent out.

If you want to change how you handle registration on your forum go to Admin > Registration > Settings
