i like to remove that rank 'newbie' how?? please teach me

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to delete the group. You can however modify it to say what you would like t to say.

Admin > Members - Membergroups > Modify "Newbie"

There you can change the word "Newbie" to anything you'd like.

If you don't want Newbie on in your profile area, you can change the amount of posts you have so that a different member group will show up.

Profile > Account Related Settings > Posts

You can edit the box next to "posts" to any number you would like.

Go to Admin > Current Theme
At bottom of that page put a check mark in this:   Hide post group titles for grouped members?
