Attachment Space Upgrades

Just a very quick question....
If I purchase
100mb Attachment Space Upgrade: $30.00
is this a once off payment or a subscription (ie a monthly or annual payment)?

Also, I think I read somewhere that I can purchase more as needed is this true?  That is, should I find that I need 200mb in the future, I just purchase the same upgrade again?
