I have admin approval, i ban anyone that seems subsicous. EX. if i know them on newgrounds and they are hackers like the KK and the SS. Please i want to prevent threat.

Either set your forums registration method so that they get an activation email and have to click the link in the email to be activated (that way they cannot use a fake email address)

or

set it for admin approval. which means YOU have to physically approve all new registrations

Make sure you have captcha turned on. It helps in not getting spam bots (so does member activation)
