Title: Andrew I Have A Problem - Everything Is Underlined On My Forum!

Hello Andrew,
I need your help with a problem that just came up..Now on my entire forum if you put your cursor over anything on the forum, it underlines it..all posts are showing up underlined and when you look at emoticons and start to choose, you see the underlines..yesterday I was getting ready to do a quick reply post..I left my cursor over top of what you asee on the left about quick reply..but it does it even when we don't use quick reply also..it does this for all members.. :-\

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently. )

And now everything is being underlined when the posters are not doing it themselves..Help please..and thank you ahead of time.. :)
