Admin viewable to new members

What do I have set wrong that new members can see an "admin tab", and also able to click on it and access some of the admin settings ?

When a new member clicks on the admin, they are taken to "manage boards" and this is what they are able to see.

Check your membergroups permissions sounds like they might have a manage boards permission set
