ad free credits what should happen

if a member buys ad free credits for our forum does this mean only he would see the forum with out any ads our would all members see it with out ads

as a member is saying he have brought some credits but he can't see what it does after buying them and is asking me what it does

as the ads are still there my end and it all looks the same i don't know what to say to him

If they purchase ad free credits no one will see the ads 
If he did indeed purchase them we'll need the email address for the paypal account..   the transaction ID and correct forum url.
PM it to SMF so he can check to make sure that did go thru
