ad free credits

  I have now in the past week paid for ad free and adds still pop up.  If this is gonna happen why should I pay for ad free. this only happens on the home page

You do have ad free

That ad does is not from us. But looks like a third party script that you have on your site probably headers/footers or in your portal code.

It apparently was attached to the html for the shout box we had on the home Paige , any recommendations for one that isn't corrupt.

Hmm that stinks I am not aware of chatbox scripts myself as I generally don't use them. There is one built into portal.
