A way to add spoiler tags?

Is there a way to add spoiler tags to the forum? Or rather, I know it can be done, but since I'm not that great with coding, I was wondering if there was some type of tutorial for it? I looked in the tutorials section but didn't really see anything.

Help would be appreciated.

That can be found in the Codes Index       

Only way to do it. And the description in the thread with the code tells you how to do it.
