[SOLVED] Smilies just stopped working

I have not changed anything on my forum, in fact I hadnt been on my forum for a few days and now my smilies dont seem to be working, they are all red X's.  I have paid to upload my own.  Is there something going on with the server?

Nothing that I am aware of Sassy.
I just checked them on my forum where I have the Custom Smiley upgrade -  the forum is on the same server yours is and they are fine.

When I go in as if I am going to edit the smilies, I can see them fine.  Its just on the boards that show red X's

Go to Current Theme - make sure the correct set is selected in Select default smiley set for this theme

Sassy there seems to be some issue with the servers at the moment so lets give this some time for that to be resolved.  Possibly it has something to do with your problem since it just happened and has been working correctly.   Once the forums are up and running properly again if the issue still exists we'll troubleshoot this for ya.

actually my forum seems fine, earlier it wouldnt load and then was really slow, but now loads fine.  Still no smilies tho
