Hi Roy..  er Im not exactly sure what you need fixed.   I can see that you put the logo image url in.   That is where it goes when you put it in Current Theme > logo image url

If you want it above the forum and not in that area put it in the Header.
Admin > Manage Styles > Edit Header/Footer

You would do that this way:

<img src="your image url">
or to center the image

<center>
<img src="your image url">
</center>
