"Style Your Forum"

Hi everyone!
In Admin panel under Manage Styles, there's this "style your forum" button.  Can anyone pls give me an idea as to what this is?  Apparently one needs to create a new a/c for it ..

If you make a neat stylesheet it submits it to SMF For Frees site- styleyourforums.com.

Also only submit styles that you yourself make.    (Don't submit styles you find here at Support that were made by someone else)
