Is there a report or some kind of enlightenment to your members?
Can we do something to avoid such error again? ??? ???

All I can suggest is communication with your members and letting them know that should something like that happen it is on the server end, there isnt anything that you can do about it and that the host is looking into it.  He definitely is.
