I would just like to ask if anyone knows what this forum has as its ranking names and boundarys.

There are many threads here about this (in this board and in general chat)
We do not have a list.     Higher posts counts gain you nothing except a new rank image.
If you click on Members, then Positions, it organizes the list by ranks.
