Depends. If it is centered around malicious hacking, we won't allow it. Illegal hacking isn't allowed.

But 'hacking' a video game isn't bad.
Hacking Windows XP in a way that violates the license is.

You're in a little bit of a gray zone Weegee
What you have right now is legal and won't get you kicked off the service.

But, any threads that share ROMS for emulators will not be tolerated.
The ROMS usually used for emulators are actually illegal. Sharing those ROMS or threads sharing how to find ROMS using this service is strictly forbidden.
So...it really depends on how you treat the Emulator forum. If you keep it legal it's fine.
