Absolute Beginner

I would be happy to give you my forum url which I am currently in the process of setting up, but I need to know is it okay if I use the some of the support services here.  I ask this because I am registered with Create A Forum which I understand is a sister forum of yours and your support forum appears more active.

I understand having read through a thread about Create-A-Forum that the coding is different, but please may I ask questions?

I was wondering are you able to download SMF 2.0 as part of the Pro hosting package?

Not possible with us. The 2.0 software is already included on Create A Forum.
