Two real staff, couple ppl in training.  Only have 70 members so I am probably overstaffed.

We have two real admins, one admin account to do posts from admin, and our awesome webmaster/designer/tech guy

On old fourms i had me as owner -.- 1 admin 1 global mod and 2 board mods.

we have...let's see...6 admins to cover each others' schedules...
and 4 global mods...though one doesn't do his job...

the balances got thrown off a bit
see, our global moderators seem to keep quitting

but, right now, we've got three staffers in Europe, and 6 spread across the US

we're definitely overstaffed for 225 members, especially considering much less are active...
but, I suppose it works sort of like a board of directors does, in that we make decisions as a group...

Hmm.. other than myself I have two moderators, and
three legendary members, but I don't count the Legendary
members as staff - they have no powers. Even though they
are on my STAFF LIST. ;D

I have 92 members and I am the only 1. I think it is a lot safer to do it this way, and if Iwere to add one it would be me husband only! I believe to many will cause problems, and that I am responsible for my site's contents. Makes it alot easier if you are the only one making changes. If I add a mod in the future I would give them very little permissions!
