Do unactive forums get deleted?

I would like to know if unactive forums get deleted. I want to know because there is many unactive forums and if they were deleted it would let people actually do something with the forums instead of letting it sit there patheticly with not even a slight thing changed. I also want to know because there is this one forum I want as mine and it is very unactive and there isnt a slight thing changed on it  :P.

They are at risk if no posts over 30 days.
