RPGs/RPG Maker help thread

How would I properly set us this battle in RPG Maker 2 for PlayStation2 yes I have tried GameFaqs and GameWinners but too hard to read.

Rhainnon attacks

Slime attacks and does damage (however he never misses)

Rhiannon attacks with a fire spell and get five gold and 25 experience points.

What do I do with Rhiannon and Slime and the town say for example Mai do I do in where (enemy info for example)
