Open Photoshop and go to Imageready.
Imageready [shift+ctrl+M]
^ It is where you can animate.

=============

Did the imageready showed up?
if so, here's the tut for simple text animation
1. Go to adobe photoshop
2.Click file then new
3 setup your desired size and click ok
4 design your graphic with brushes
5. Put your text
6. If your done, jump to imageready(ctrl+shift+m)
7.You'll see a box below the graphic there. That's the animation box. now look at the right-bottom then you'll see eyes. That's the visible/invisible tool.On the animation box, click duplicate layer.
8.Then on that layer, make the text layer invisible(by clicking the eye on the text layer)
9. Now play it.
10. If it's too fast, adst the timeline to 0.1 or as desired

=============

How do you put it in [brushes] photoshop?
go to open the file.[mean nya, yung folder na nadownload mo galing sa Net] You'll see two files there. copy the brush file then go to my computer>local disc(c:)>browse>adobe>photoshop cs>presets>brushes then paste. BOOM! you have anew brush!
