I have had Vista since it first came out and the first thing I did was turn off the UAC and then the second thing was to make it look and work just like XP.   I have not (knock on wood) had one problem with it, where many others have complained and whined about it.  I actually like it and don't see the big difference from XP.  But I do have to say that I have the Vista on my laptop and XP on my desktop, and now I actually almost refuse to use the desktop with the XP, but only because it is so much bulkier and not moveable around.  I love my laptop and I love Vista.

It crashed for me a couple of times, and strangely the mouse icon won't appear (but it'll still be there) when clicking a account to log into.

But at least Windows 7 will be coming out. And now that i think about it, Windows 7 is releasing the same time as Mac OS X Snow Leopard. O.o Coincidence?
