Is it possible for me to "SEE GOD" like Moses did yet:

But I wouldn't see his face though.

Basically what I am asking is when The Holy Bible (THB) says we can't (can not or cannot) "see God" what does that mean exactly?

If I see an angel can I "see" the angel "FULLY" or could I only safely see little bits of them?

Bye "See" God, Personally I look at it this way.

God is god. He is the single omnipotent being in all that ever existed.

We are simple humans, that can be killed in an instant. OUR KNOWLEDGE is so limited, there is no possible way we can COMPREHEND how god works.

BTW: If we "saw" god, then we would beleive in him. (since humans think seeing is believing) and god wants us to go by faith. Of course, this isn't becuase if we don't go by faith, he'll dissapear, or we'll go to hell, this is just the right way to go about it.

But It doesn't matter, I just leave it to faith and know god knows what he's doing. (I mean, he's GOD) and leave it at that.

Also: In TODAY'S world, it is impossible for any human to see ANY part of god. it's also in the bible somewhere.

We won't see god until the rapture, and unsaved people won't see him ultil after the 7 year reign of the devil, and so on.

You will understand when it happens.
Dont buy into religious dogmatisim though.

If you want to feel god though, shake your hands like crazy for 3 minutes as fast as you can then hold your hands about 2 inches appart and breath deep.

If you want to see him, stay up for a week without sleep.

You are kinda wrong about us not seeing God.  In todays world ON EARTH we can't see God, but one day we will leave this world and passover to either Heaven or Hell, (depending on how you lived your life) and if we make it to Heaven we will see God there.

If you look at the information given in the Bible it is not common for God to appear to people like he did Moses.  Paul would be one exception.  Normally it is more subtle.   Also, when it is like Moses or Paul it is for a very important purpose.  All in all it is my opinion that God is constantly at work and is constantly watching over us but in general allows our free will to be exercised and only intervenes in subtle ways unless other means are necessary.

*shrugs* I can't put faith into one being being in control of the entire universe to watch over everything at once, give support at once, etc.  IMO the bible is the greatest work of fiction, I do not believe that I need to go inside a building (church) to be a good person, nor do I believe that ppl trying to cram their beliefs down others throats as a good 'christian' way to act.
Here is my belief since we all seem to be a sharing mood on this...  Live like you want to be treated, don't kill, or engage in other acts of violence against your fellow kind nor against animals.  Live in harmony with Nature, don't abuse it.  Find something YOU believe in and give it your full faith, for as we are just 'humans' we have a need/desire to believe there is something greater than ourselves, something we can believe unconditionally in.  I'm not against christians/pagans/ie supply your own religion here.  Just live every day to the fullest, for it can extinguish in a snap
