i think this version of CSS is better than olders. it has a lot of attibutes and more features. What do you think ?

css3 is still under development, and although some css3 features do exist in firefox, ie8 and other browsers it is not "fully" supported by browsers yet.     Its progress can be followed on w3.org's site http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/current-work#table
