hi i have heard of css but never learned how to do it i dont even know 1 thing about it can someone like teach me about it i know it would take alot of your time i really would appreciate it though thanks,

That would be extremely difficult to do and WOULD take a lot of time.
http://w3schools.com/css/default.asp is the best place to go to learn css.

Yes, it would take a long time to teach someone css and it would be difficult, One of the best places to learn css is where simply sibyl said, You will learn fairy fast cand w3schools is a great place.
