As i am adding like a "disco" part to my site i was wonder how i can do it and not get into trouble, or is it ok as you cant download the songs?

links to music from another site that play when you click them?

i can tell you that with streaming radio you should make sure it is okay with the originating site that you use their links on yours.  I have streaming radio on our site and made sure to get permission to do so.

Naw its putting songs on a loop, like having song IN the forum

okay.. is it embedding the music into the site, so that you can hear it while you are there?   
using a player that you can change the songs with?    Ild say its not a worry so long as you
get the music to use for it from a site that does not mind you linking to thier music in the code
you use for the player.   With bandwidth issues some will not allow it.    Its the same thing as
posting a photo in a forum and using someone elses link from their site instead of downloading it
and uploading it to a file host  and using your own link.   If you are going to use music files that
you download from a site that allows you to use them as you wish then it isnt a prob.

Yes that is what i am using. Im not getting the songs from a site though, its songs that i ripped from a cd and uploaded.
