But there's no frames in it. It cannot possibly be animated.

Its not animated, its a very simple mind "trick"  also known as an illusion, the colors trick your mind into thinking its moving ;)

It's not. I tested it.

Open it up in paint, because the paint program won't support animation, and only shows you the first frame.

Lo and behold, it sill moves.

It proves that it's not animated. When a picture is animated it is always done in frames. When frames move at a high speed they can appear a one fluid movement to the eye. That picture would have to made up of frames to appear to move.
However saving it to your computer and opening it in paint like he said or an animation program reveals no frames. It's actually just one solid picture. No animation. No frames.

Your brain actually makes it looks like it's moving. Your brain is wierd like that ;)

Are you stupid? It's not animated, save it and open it in paint and then save it as a jpg to see for yourself.. Its an optical illusion.
