Basically I would like a code that says:

You must have your profile completed before you can post in a certain board(s).

 I'd rather it not just be a pop-up saying "you must complete your profile to post here".  (this would be OK if there's no other way)

But rather a code that checks to see if the profile is complete, if so the post would be allowed. If not the pop-up would tell them it needs to be completed.
