Is it possible to make just one board with right click disabled?  I am trying to post some images just in one section that I don't want copied, but I have other sections where I would like people to be able to "snag".

Forum Url: http://bcfcomics.smfforfree.com
I've got a forum that has Comics hosted on it, and I was wondering if someone could give me a code to disable right-clicking on the site, to avoid copyright infringement, or have someone steal comics.

They dont NEED to right click, they could just use CRTL + V

makin a person not be able to right click save...only stops the "stealing" of gif files...for a person can click PrtScr/SysRq and paste the image into photoshop or psp to crop and there they have the image you have been trying to make sure they dont get. perhaps it will make you feel better knowing they cant right click save...but it doesnt stop copyright infringement sad to say

This is the net....an if a person wants it..they will find a way of getting it an using it to whatever ways they want....

true DC  ;)
Check your temporary internet files folder on your computer after visiting a web site.
Every graphic on the pages you visit are copied to that folder.

But, to answer FloridaChic:
No , there is not a way to limit it to one board.

All of my graphics are .gif, so they wouldn't be able to get the animation. I understand people would still be able to steal them, but it "could" discourage just a bit.

Thanks sibyl, appreciate it.

Id say there is NO way to show a picture to people and not let them download it. You are sending the image to their PCs after all, and when you do that it is impossible to stop them saving it. Any one determined enough can and will save the images. One could just view the page source and get the download urls for the image.
