This is simple, but if it is already made, please let me know

An award page where you could enter a image URL for the Award
A description for the award
A reason for the award
And members who have won this award

There would be a tab created saying "awards" (kind of like Shop)

An then it would there in that tab.

Simple enough right?

You could make a page, then click HTML and add this code:

<td><strong>Members that have earned this Award:</strong></td>
</tr>
<tr>

<td>To earn this you'll need to be the best poster.</td>
<td>Qub1.</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
This wil add a table with your awards. You may edit it as you wish.
