[REQ]Need help to put a poll in my home!!!!!!

I need some things to help me (guide, code, ...)

I want to make a poll from a topic left on my home (portal) but the problem is that a can't place it myself.
And the poll need to be the same as that in my topic. Help plzzzz
I make a place with the name of the place to put it in. Just look avanyx.smfforfree2.com

Try using this to make your poll.  You can set the colors to match your site.  Anti-cheating too.

Polls in the posts won't work on the portal.  Maybe someday.
