shout box problem

when i activated the shout box, i noticed that it dosent reload automatically. can this be solved?

Admin > EzPortal Settings > Shoutbox refresh time in seconds - Change amount of seconds here.... 0 will disable refresh

Yes for some browsers it does not work. I am working on redoing the shoutbox.
